WARRANTY POLICY

Race Forged offers a limited warranty for wheel and wheel related component repair at free of charge under following warranty terms and condition. We will not pay for any repair fee under illegal usage condition or if you do not perform scheduled inspection/ maintenance which is directed by our maintenance guide and install instructions.

We offer a 1- year warranty on finish / lifetime warranty coverage on structural claims excluding those resulting from improper use or damage. The finish on these parts is covered up to 1 years, excluding scratches and user neglect/error.

FREE REPAIR : Proof of warranty is required.

1. Be sure to check a warranty card is supplied. Please contact your original seller to get proof of warranty if a warranty card is not supplied.

2. If calid serial number is missing from a warranty card, the warranty will be voided.

3. If there is no warranty card submission, repairs will be subject to repair fee.

4. All component parts, exchanged parts, or hardware product removed under this Limited Warranty become the property of Race Forged.

Limitation of Warranty

  1. This warranty does not cover any failure or damage resulting from illegal modification.
  2. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by mis-matched wheel size and vehicle.
  3. This warranty does not cover product used with a modification vehicle which is not allowed to use on street legally.
  4. This warranty does not cover any defects such as vibration caused by wheel imbalance, wheel alignment, mounting, spacer, lug nut, vehicle component , due to the improper installation and handing of installer and/or us
  5. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by the installation of improper sized tire which is not specified by vehicle manufactory.
  6. This warranty does not cover corrosion or discoloration due to chemicals (including excessive exposure to road salt or other common deicing agents) detergents, polishing compounds or abrasives used in improper cleaning, exhaust smoke, birds dropping, road dust and grime, stone chippings, steel dust, acid rain, salt, anti-freeze chemicals and industrial cleaners.
  7. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by using bolt, nut, spacer, hub ring, balance weight which is not specified by Race Forged or vehicle manufacturer
  8. This warranty does not cover damage from mechanical car wash equipment, nick from road hazards, accident or curb damage, normal wear and tear.
  9. his warranty does not cover product which is installed and/or modified by an unauthorized repair shop. (repairing, machining, re-painting, re-chroming, re-polishing and etc.)
  10. This warranty does not cover any defects cause by damage tire, tire tube and improper tire mount/dismount and imbalance.
  11. This warranty does not cover any failure or damage resulting from unauthorized modification to the wheel.
  12. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by off-road use such as racing or rally.
  13. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by environmental influences such as earthquakes, flood, fire and accident.
  14. This warranty does not cover any attempts to claim warranty through an unauthorized dealer or product that has not been registered by the authorized dealer.
  15. This warranty does not cover any fright cost of sending wheels back for inspection or warranty repair.
